Join the Rev’d Canon Auntie Di Langham and the Rev’d Aunty Gloria Shipp to hear about what God is doing through grass roots mission and ministry initiatives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Aunty Gloria Shipp was the first Aboriginal woman to be ordained in the Anglican Church of Australia. Her pioneering work through Walkabout Ministries has made the church accessible to Aboriginal people in central NSW. Aunty Gloria was formerly Chairperson of the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Anglican Council (NATSIAC). Auntie Di Langham is the Director of Reconciliation for the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle. She is currently Secretary of NATSIAC. Auntie Di is also the author of Day 4 in ABM’s 2024 Lent Study, God’s Own Country.

Hosted by ABM’s Reconciliation Missioner, Mr Brad Chapman, this is also your opportunity to meet ABM’s Truth-telling Advisor, Ms Larissa Minniecon.
