This English Language Centre in the Diocese of Toungoo has catered to more than 600 students and adult learners since it opened in 2004. Classes start from beginner level, through to elementary, pre-intermediate and intermediate levels. The Centre also offers summer courses for young learners. This important education project in the Diocese of Toungoo seeks to help those who want to learn the English language. It is currently run by four staff – a manager, a teacher in-charge and two assistant teachers.

Here are some of the ways your gift will be used:

  • $200 will support one English language class with teaching aids such as books, tapes and CDs

We need to raise $5,000* in 2008
You can Donate Now to this project by selecting MYA 40
*Donations to this project are tax deductible for individuals.
