Enhancing Ministry in North Africa
The Anglican Church in Egypt has more than doubled its membership in the past few years. As a church, it seeks to reach out to the needy and poor, demonstrating the love of Jesus in actions as well as words. The Diocese of Egypt and North Africa is requesting support to establish new congregations, experiment with new expressions of mission, and to provide practical relief to the poor.
Here are some of the ways your gift will be used:
- $3,750 supports the congregation at Hawamdaya
- $28,750 will assist new church buildings and ministries throughout Egypt
We need to raise $37,500 in 2008
