Rev’d Hiley came with his family to Australia from PNG a few years ago and has now become an Australian resident. He lives in Alice Springs and is employed with Anglicare at St Mary’s Anglican Church during the week. On the weekends Hiley visits two of the ‘Town Camps’ where he is building relationships with the Aboriginal residents. He conducts worship services, usually in the open air as there is no chapel, but eventually he would like to see a chapel built at one of the Town Camps so they can hold services there. In the meantime the open air doesn’t stop his prayers.
