Complaints Handling Procedure
The Anglican Board of Mission has a formal complaints handling procedure and Whistleblower procedure. If you wish to make a complaint please direct your message initially to the ABM Complaints Officer who can be contacted in writing at Locked Bag Q4005, QUEEN VICTORIA BUILDING, NSW 1230; and through e-mail at complaints.officer@abm.asn.au or by telephone on 02 9464 1021.
ABM is a member of the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) and adheres to their Code of Conduct. If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily by ABM, then please raise the matter with ACFID.
